The reasoning behind my jot: I spoke in Augusta, GA at Friendly Church of God in Christ about Lazarus. I also got to tell how I was laid off for 7-8 months and what God allowed me to go through to get the job I have now in Columbus. I had the privilege again of sharing that experience with a brother to give him a different take on trusting God, even when things seem hopeless.
Every time Experience has come by my house, it hasn't always been a nice visit. He's left a number of items at my house. I think about all of the things he's left, some good some bad, from child births to my parents' deaths, from promotions to loss of job. I've come to realize that the visits and things he's dropped off didn't have to be left on the shelf to collect dust. I can treat his presents like hand me downs. I can pass on these presents to help others.
